to everyone out there HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! i hope everyone has a wonderful day like i know i'll have. surrounded by family, with a huge delicious meal( i don't cook, so i know it's delicous) always starting the day off with the macys parade, either there or on tv, this year on tv. went to the city last monday with my hubby. such a wonderful day running around finding new treasures, shopping for christmas, enjoying ny hot dogs, the smells of ny, and sights, its just such an exciting place to be. oh and how can i forget we actually were on tv the today show when they showed the crowd, our 15 minutes of fame, thats enough for me. i have a lot to be thankful for this year, but most of all i am a very blessed person everyday of my life.

bills quilt

this quilt is a rememberance for my brother bill. it was the easiest quilt i ever made. i didn't have to think about it at all it just flowed.
he loved the outdoors, and i can just picture him walking through the snow, in his leather coat and cap, with his constant companion killer. he passed away just a few months earlier than bill and i know they're together watching over us all.

this quilt is very special, not completed yet, still needs some quilting. for my son playing football in highschool, thats him there number 73.

these are some of my quilts i've made. (very proud of them, if i do say so myself.)
this is my wood picture i hang for the summer months, a house with the ocean waves crashing into the cliffs below. the flag flying reminds me of fourth of july. this picture reminds me of the house we stayed at in glouster, maine one summer, good memories.

just finished this wood picture, thought it would look great for christmas.

so excited, just posted on etsy a new series of stages i invented. they are adorable. i hate to give them up. the scenery changes, the woman moves using the bead at the top. its a 1/144 scale which is as tiny as u can go. woman measures 3/4"! there is a canopy bed and roaring fireplace. hand painted scenery. more to come shortly!
